• As of May 2025, my primary mailing dates are weekdays (Wednesdays & Fridays). I complete packaging on the weekends.
• You are assigned a specific number or letter combination for every group order you join. It will be sent within the group chat before items are mailed out and on the story where shipping proof is shown. Stories will be sent in the group chat after mail is sent and will also be archived within my mailing story highlight for later access throughout the calendar year.
• Stamped proof will always be shown to joiners in the address confirmation unless I run out before visiting the post office. If it is not shown to you, you are free to ask for a personalized mailing video of your letter for proof.
• If you’d like tracked shipping, feel free to direct message me. Prices vary depending on the location and weight but is usually $5-7 USD. I usually send mailing videos for tracked packages but if they are sent through a mail clerk, I will provide receipt proof.
• If you’ve joined two or more group orders of mine and would like to have combined shipping, feel free to let me know in advance! It will help you save on shipping costs and help me save on materials for packaging.
• If you are a worldwide joiner and would like to reduce fees by sending a single payment, please message me so we can arrange it. I reserve the right to post a dwayor if payment is not sent by the agreed upon date.

Packaging Specifics

• Photocards: photocard sleeve, shipping shield or toploader, thank you card, and envelope
• Larger inclusions (postcards, etc.): cardboard & plastic sleeve or toploader and sleeve, bubble wrap (if necessary), and bubble mailer
• Collector Items (keychains, photocard holders, etc.): original packaging or repackaged with plastic sleeve, bubble wrap (if necessary), and bubble mailer
• As a collector devoted to sustainability, I often reuse sleeves or other packaging supplies when needed from previous collecting interactions.
